A read for operators who actually have to make the number.

The Quota is a research-based publication on AI in sales. We started it because the existing options were not serving operators well. Vendor-funded "research" pretending to be journalism, and journalism about AI sales written by people who have never had to hit a number.

There is a gap in the middle for a publication willing to write about this category honestly, including the parts the industry would rather not discuss. That's what The Quota is.

What you'll find here

Reviews. Long-form examinations of AI tools used in sales. Some are field tests we run in real conditions against a control. Others are buyer due diligence pieces built from public reporting, customer reviews, and platform-level signals. Both formats serve the same goal: helping operators evaluate vendors with information that isn't filtered through marketing.

Analysis. Essays on the AI GTM category. What's working, what isn't, where the money is going, and where the bodies are buried. This is the section where we have opinions.

News. Short reads on industry developments. Funding rounds, leadership moves, product launches, with a take. Not press release rewrites.

What you won't find here

Listicles. SEO mush. Anything that exists for the search algorithm rather than for a reader.

The Quota publishes when there is something to say, usually weekly, sometimes not. Subscribe if that sounds like your speed.
